The house is superbly well placed, just 10 km from the medieval town Sarlat, which allows you to visit the castles of Périgord, the beautiful buildings and all the attractions of the Dordogne valley. The Lascaux and Padirac caves as well as Rocamadour are all within an hour's drive from the house. Sarlat and its surroundings are renowned for their gourmet restaurants and gourmet markets. Canoeing is one of the flagship activities of the region and Grolejac has 2 canoe stations along the Dordogne river.
The house has its own parking lot. There is a garden in front of the setback from the road, a terrace and a large garden in the back overlooking the lake.
